Dear Heleena Hills Homeowners:
In accordance with the Section 3(b) of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, this letter serves as notice that the Heleena Hills Community will be increasing the yearly Assessments as detailed in the attached budget.
Please review the proposed Budget for 2016 that is posted within this website under Documents. The assessment increase will be from $160 to the new amount of $170.00. We encourage and welcome homeowner participation in our monthly meetings; you may attend the next board meeting for detailed explanation of the recent changes to the budget or for any matter that you would like to discuss regarding our neighborhood.

The budgetary increase for the 2016 budget will meet anticipated maintenance spending and increase professional fees from the Board to the Homeowners. This is reflected by the maintenance and inspection costs of vaults and/or drainage facilities that we are responsible for. It also reflects a monthly increase to Assurance Property Management for doing a great job these last few years. The last change is a yearly budget that reflects an ongoing cost for legal fees used for retrieving delinquent funds.
