Architectural Control Committee
The primary activity of the ACC is to implement the provisions of Article 7, Architectural Control, of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Heleena Hills HOA. In addition, the ACC will provide oversight tot he potential violations of other articles of the declaration and report to the board accordingly for further action needed, also outlined in the Declaration of Covenants.
