The Homeowners of Heleena Hills have requested the review of the parking situation in our community. Due to that request, the Board of Directors have been revising the Rules and Regulations and have been discussing options, such as re-negotiating with the Fire Marshall, reviewing costs to fill in the ditches to create more parking, and a new towing policy for vehicles that violate common area parking regulations. Common area parking includes side parking on all private roads, parking around the vaults, and the few parking stalls near the mailboxes. They do not include street parking which the City of Lake Stevens is responsible for.
