The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) would like to inform all the homeowners of Heleena Hills that they will be reviewing capitalization projects this year. These will include roofing, siding repair, concrete repair, and painting the house. Please plan to review your exterior portion of your asset this year.
During the summer season, the ACC may start sending out reminder letters to specific homeowners that may need to understand the importance of a paint job, or roof job and how it effects our marketability.
The Association’s Board would like the homeowners to understand that the Board will work with homeowners that communicate with the Property Manager.
Board would like to remind homeowners that unless you are painting your house with the same color, or replacing your roof with the same shingle, projects must be approved by the Board. Please Contact the Property Manager so that your project goes without incident, physically or financially.
Heleena Hills is a great Community that we can be proud of and we have some great volunteers that maintain our neighorhood. If you would like to volunteer for any part of our governing body(including our ACC), please contact our Property Manager.
